Lemongrass being one of the most important ingredients in Thai cuisine along with chili, garlic, onions, galangal, shallots, kefir limes and other spices, the name is symbolic for the unique and distinctive flavor of Thai dishes.
Our chef Gor takes Thai food one step further by enhancing authentic recipes with his own style which he has refined since 1996 when he first started up the restaurant in far-away Alaska. Whenever asked for, he will be happy to adapt the food’s flavor for your personal preferences.
